I demonstrate how to fix the Windows 10 temporary profile problem in this video. This can be resolved by changing a few registry keys.
-Press the "r" key while holding down the "windows" key on the keyboard.
-Enter the word "Regedit" in the run prompt.
-In the registry editor, navigate to the key marked as follows:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\ProfileListFind the key with the extension .bak by expanding the ProfileList key.
-Delete the key with the same string of characters but NO .bak suffix.
-Rename the key with .bak. Just delete the '.bak' part and hit enter.
-Quit the registry editor, then restart. You should be able to access your profile once more at this time.
Be careful: Delete the "S-1-5-21-xxx…" which contains only your account name at "ProfileImagePath".
